During Passenger Terminal Expo (PTE) 2017, the world’s largest annual airport exhibition, NDS will showcase their Smart Airport Signage concept. The event will take place on 14-16 March in Amsterdam RAI, the Netherlands.
NDS will showcase that their visual communication software offers more than the average FIDS. Next to up-to-date flight information their Smart Airport Signage concept also serves the overall journey experience of travelers with solutions for wayfinding, advertising, queue management, digital menu boards and emergency messages.
The Smart Airport Signage concept is powered by PADS4 digital signage software. This software is a robust and dynamic digital signage solution that fits the mission-critical airport environment. You can find NDS in hall 8 at booth 3040. NDS will also support NEC Display Solutions at booth 2040 to display their next-generation Flight Information Display System (FIDS) computing platform, using digital displays integrated with Raspberry Pi compute modules.
